ShimlaRed: Where Culture, People, and Passion Drive Our Success
As we
are getting ready to enter a new year soon, it’s the right time for us to
reflect on ShimlaRed’s incredible past six months’ journey. For us, this year
brought a lot of exciting achievements, as we not only embarked on significant
milestones but also celebrated heartfelt special occasions as a team. From
wellness programs to breaking into international markets, this year has
inculcated a deep sense of unity while leading us to growth and innovation.
Let’s take a look at the key events - from June to November 2024 – that define our people, culture, and work while driving us toward the path of success.
Work
Culture & Celebrations: Fostering Wellness and Unity
We
believe in fostering a positive and strong work culture by celebrating special
occasions while promoting employee wellness. On 5 June, we marked World
Environment Day by taking a small yet meaningful step towards a green future.
This day, our team decided to ditch their vehicles and walk to work instead of
driving. This small step not only made us think about our carbon footprint but
also reminded us to prioritise our health while conserving our planet.
On 21
June, our HR team organised a stress management program for us to commemorate
International Yoga Day. The Brahma Kumaris led this special program,
encouraging us to practice meditation to reduce everyday work stress. Hence, we
all can maintain a healthy work-life balance with ease.
On 15
August, our team celebrated India’s Independence Day with pride and joy. After
flag hoisting and singing the National Anthem, we engaged in interesting group
activities to celebrate unity and patriotism.
October
was the time for our Annual Diwali Celebration 2024. Celebrating together with
joy and gratitude, our whole team danced to the lively beats while cherishing
the togetherness that makes ShimlaRed more like a family than just a company.
ShimlaRed’s
Global Expansion
This
year also took us to a major turning point in terms of our global expansion, as
we proudly entered into the USA and Japan markets with our RTE (ready-to-eat)
and RTC (ready-to-cook) food products.
In a
short span after attending Gulf Food 2024 in Dubai, we successfully formed
strong business partnerships with some of the major food manufacturing clients
across the globe. Our exports to the USA and Japan markets are a testament to
our dedication and determination to provide the finest ShimlaRed products to
various customers worldwide.
Exhibiting
ShimlaRed RTE & RTC Products at Global Food Events
In
2024, ShimlaRed exhibited its premium range of Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and
Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products, and dips & sauces at various corners of the
world. For instance, our sales team showcased our products at World Food India
in September. This event was held in New Delhi at Pragati Maidan. At the same
time, our international sales team took ShimlaRed’s premium range of food
products to Moscow for the World Food Moscow 2024 exhibition.
In
October, ShimlaRed proudly participated in the esteemed SIAL Paris exhibition.
These food expos not only got us major exposure in the domestic and
international markets but also gave us amazing business opportunities.
Meanwhile, the positive feedback from the visitors reaffirmed our commitment to
food excellence and innovation.
Looking
Ahead: A Bright Future of ShimlaRed in 2025
2025
is coming up with more exciting business opportunities. In the coming year, we
plan to extend into new international markets, including Russia,
Australia, and the UK. With this, our vision to provide ShimlaRed’s premiumfood products to new global audiences is likely to come to fruition.
